Singapore Cyber Landscape 2022

True to form, the cyber threat landscape intensified in 2022. This was fueled by the ongoing Russia- Ukraine conflict and the opportunistic exploits of cybercriminals as COVID-19 restrictions began to ease. Disconcerting developments over the past year included bespoke exploits aimed at industrial Operational Technology (OT) systems, ransomware groups targeting essential organisations, and global service disruptions caused by hacktivist groups, among others.
